With damage to the surface of the Des Moines International Airport’s existing runway 13/31, reconstruction of the Northwest to Southeast strip was crucial. With phases 1, 2, and 3 of the project, the repairs will be complete in the summer of 2019.
14,000 tons of concrete sand delivered on-site to the Des Moines International Airport to aid in the construction of phase 3 of the project. All material was produced and delivered from the Hallett Materials Booneville pit.
