HALLET MATERIALS 

MECHANIC - Des Moines, IA 

The Shop Mechanic will be responsible for performing all needed inspections and repairs on Trucks, On-Highway End Dump Trucks, Tractors and Trailers, and Heavy Construction Equipment in a safe, effective manner. This position also offers the benefit of working in an air-conditioned shop and possibility to work weekends.

CESSFORD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY

PORTABLE PLANT SUPERVISOR - Burlington, IA

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a variety of equipment for quarry operations.  The career field for “Heavy Equipment Operator” includes, but may not be limited to, the following positions: Heavy Equipment Operator, End Loader Operator, Haul Truck Operator, Skid Loader Operator, Plant Operator, Plant Maintenance, Plant Teardown/Setup. This position may travel in the area from Burlington, IA to Le Grand, IA. 

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR - Burlington, IA 

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a variety of equipment for quarry operations.  The career field for “Heavy Equipment Operator” includes, but may not be limited to, the following positions: Heavy Equipment Operator, End Loader Operator, Haul Truck Operator, Skid Loader Operator, Plant Operator, Plant Maintenance, Plant Teardown/Setup. MINNESOTA PAVING AND MATERIALS 

PROJECT ESTIMATOR - Rogers, MN 

The Estimator position is responsible for using a combination of past experiences and project specifications to accurately project the amount of materials, equipment, and man hours that must be utilized in order to complete a given project.  Based upon these calculations, they create a project budget that is then presented to Management.  All necessary details must meet not only legal, but also company policies and guidelines.

DUMP TRUCK DRIVER - Mankato, MN

The Dump Truck Driver is responsible for operating trucks to transport dirt, aggregate, asphalt, and other materials and/or equipment to various job site locations. Will also work in the yard area to stockpile and move materials as needed. This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of equipment/trucks. Work will be performed per the supervisor’s instruction, free from direct supervision except for more complicated jobs.

GRADING CREW LABORER - Mankato, MN

The Grading Crew Laborer position is responsible for performing various duties on construction and/or paving projects. The employee will generally work in utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands are required.  The career field for “Construction Laborer” includes, but may not be limited to, the following positions: Laborer, General Laborer, Flagging, and Paving Laborer.

QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN - Rosemount, MN 

Provide inspection, testing services and documentation of aggregates or asphalt mixture production. Provide compaction testing of asphalt mixtures and making any necessary adjustments to the compaction process to ensure compliance with all applications and projects. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, facility managers, DOT personnel, State, County, and Municipal personnel. 

WATER TRUCK DRIVER - Mankato, MN

The Water Truck Driver is responsible for operating the water truck to transport water and other materials and/or equipment to various job site locations. This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of equipment/trucks. Work will be performed per the supervisor’s instruction, free from direct supervision except for more complicated jobs.
