HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR - Wall Lake, IA

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a variety of equipment for groundwork and construction purposes.  The Heavy Equipment Operator position requires the knowledgeable use and skills of the following equipment: skid loader, frontend loader and various other types of equipment.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR - Burlington, IA

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a variety of equipment for groundwork and construction purposes.  The career field for “Heavy Equipment Operator” includes, but may not be limited to, the following positions: Heavy Equipment Operator, End Loader Operator, Haul Truck Operator, Motor Grader Operator, Skid Loader Operator, Dozer Operator, Water & Fuel Truck Operator, Plant Operator, Plant Maintenance. This position may travel in the area from Burlington, IA to Le Grand, IA. 

EXCAVATOR OPERATOR - Burlington, IA 

Excavator operator is responsible to excavate in a safely and productive manner. Need to perform overburden excavation, establishing multiple level cuts, excavating near water, and loading articulated haul trucks. Must be willing to work in team environment.

 

MINNESOTA PAVING AND MATERIALS 

ASPHALT SCREED OPERATOR - Lakeland, MN

This is a highly skilled position involving control of the depth and smoothness of the asphalt mat behind the Asphalt Paving machine. Observes distribution of paving material along screed and controls the direction of the screed to eliminate voids at curbs and joints

FINISH BLADE DOZER - Mankato, MN 

The Finish/GPS Dozer Operator responsibility is to be able to grade all materials within tolerance to specs. They will need to be able to direct Truck drivers and other crew members with daily tasks. Prior experience is required for this position. Also needs to have the ability to run other equipment such as Excavator, Skid loader, Compaction Equipment. 

LABORER - Mankato, MN 

The General Laborer position is responsible for performing various duties on construction and/or paving projects. The employee will generally work in utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands are required.  The career field for “Construction Laborer” includes, but may not be limited to, the following positions: Laborer, General Laborer, and Paving Laborer.

ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER - Mankato, MN 

The Assistant Project Manager position is responsible for using a combination of past experiences and project specifications to accurately project the amount of materials, equipment, and man hours that must be utilized in order to complete a given project.  Based upon these calculations, they create a project budget that is then presented to Management.  All necessary details must meet not only legal, but also company policies and guidelines.

GRADING CREW LABORER - Lakeland, MN

The Grading Crew Laborer position is responsible for performing various duties on construction and/or paving projects. The employee will generally work in utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands are required.  The career field for “Construction Laborer” includes, but may not be limited to, the following positions: Laborer, General Laborer, Flagging, and Paving Laborer.

UTILITY LABORER - Lakeland, MN

The Utility Laborer position is responsible for performing various duties on construction and/or paving projects. The employee will generally work in utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands are required.

ROLLER OPERATOR - Lakeland, MN 

A Roller Operator will be responsible for operating machines to spread, smooth, level, compact Asphalt and gravel to job specifications. Drives heavy rolling machine to compact earth fills. subgrade, streets, and runways. Moves levers, depresses pedals, turns handwheels, and pushes throttle to control and guide machine.  Drives machine in successive overlapping passes over surface to be compacted. Determines direction speed and direction of machine, based on knowledge of compressibility of material under changing temperatures, so that ridges are not formed by excessive pressure. Operate tamping machines or manually roll surfaces to compact earth fills, foundation forms, and finished road materials, according to grade specifications. Operators will be asked to do other duties associated with paving crews as part of a team operations.

FINISH BLADE OPERATOR - Lakeland, MN

The Finish Blade Operator is responsible for operating a variety of equipment for groundwork and construction purposes The Operator position requires the knowledgeable use and skills of the following equipment: Motor Grader, Smooth Drum Roller, Skid Steer, Bulldozer/Push Dozer, and Box blade Tractor. 

GRADING CREW OPERATOR - Lakeland, MN 

A Grading Crew Operator will be responsible for safely operating machines to excavate, place, compact, and prepare a variety of earth and aggregate materials to a finish design according to specifications. Operator shall also be responsible of the safe operations for removal, preparation, and placement of concrete or asphalt surfaces.

This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of equipment and trucks. 

TRUCK DRIVER - Rogers, MN

The Truck Driver is responsible for operating trucks to transport dirt, aggregate, asphalt, and other materials and/or equipment to various job site locations.  Will also work in the yard area to stockpile and move materials as needed.  This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of equipment/trucks. Work will be performed per the supervisor’s instruction, free from direct supervision except for more complicated jobs.

EQUIPMENT OPERATOR - ASPHALT - Omaha, NE 

This is a skilled position involving control and operation multiple types of asphalt paving equipment and laborer duties.

CONCRETE FINISHER - Omaha, NE

The Concrete Construction Finisher position is primarily responsible for finishing PCC flatwork and paving. Will be additionally responsible for performing various duties on concrete paving or concrete construction projects. The employee will generally work in utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands are required.

PAVING LABORER - ASPHALT - Omaha, NE 

This is an entry level position involving laborer on an asphalt paving crew.

CONCRETE PAVING LABORER - Omaha, NE

The Concrete Paving Laborer position is responsible for performing various duties on concrete paving or concrete construction projects. The employee will generally work in utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands are required.

TRUCK DRIVER - Omaha, NE

The Truck Driver is responsible for operating trucks to transport dirt, aggregate, asphalt, and other materials and/or equipment to various job site locations.  Will also work in the yard area to stockpile and move materials as needed.  Typically work 10 hours per day, 5-7 days per week during production season.  Additional overtime may be required during peak delivery times.  This position may require traveling for extended periods of time to perform the job duties at various jobsite locations.

DRIVER/LABORER - APHALT - Omaha, NE 

The Driver/Laborer position includes operating the haul truck on a asphalt patching crew and on occasion employees will be required to work nights, and out of town. Additional duties include assisting on the patching crew. Exciting opportunity to perform multiple daily duties and earn above average pay. CDL Class A or B with Tank and Air Brakes Endorsement

PLANT LABORER - ASPHALT - Omaha, NE

The Plant Laborer is responsible for performing various duties on the construction and/or asphalt plant.  The employee will be involved/responsible for the daily operations at the plant and maintenance of the plant.

PLANT OPERATOR - ASPHALT - Omaha, NE 

This is a skilled position controlling production and load out of materials produced in plants.  The asphalt plant operator is responsible for the efficient working condition of plant equipment and is expected to perform servicing and maintenance and refer major problems to the supervisor. This position will require working at heights.
