EQUIPMENT OPERATOR/LABORER - Des Moines, IA (Hallett Materials)

The Equipment Operator/Laborer is responsible for operating a variety of equipment for groundwork and construction purposes. This employee will generally work in utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands are required.

PORTABLE PLANT SUPERVISOR - Wall Lake, IA (Hallett Materials) 

The Portable Plant Supervisor is primarily responsible for assisting with daily production needs of a washing and screen plant.  In addition this position is required to assist with the daily, monthly, and annual operations and maintenance of a Crushing and Screen Plant.

HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR - Wall Lake, IA ( Hallett Materials) 

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a variety of equipment for groundwork and construction purposes.  The Heavy Equipment Operator position requires the knowledgeable use and skills of the following equipment: skid loader, frontend loader and various other types of equipment.

EQUIPMENT OPERATOR - Burlington, IA (Cessford Construction Company) 

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a variety of equipment for groundwork and construction purposes.  The career field for “Heavy Equipment Operator” includes, but may not be limited to, the following positions: Heavy Equipment Operator, End Loader Operator, Haul Truck Operator, Motor Grader Operator, Skid Loader Operator, Dozer Operator, Water & Fuel Truck Operator, Plant Operator, Plant Maintenance. This position may travel in the area from Burlington, IA to Le Grand, IA. 

EXCAVATOR OPERATOR - Burlington, IA ( Cessford Construction Company) 

Excavator operator is responsible to excavate in a safely and productive manner. Need to perform overburden excavation, establishing multiple level cuts, excavating near water, and loading articulated haul trucks. Must be willing to work in team environment.

DREDGE OPERATOR - Burlington, IA (Cessford Construction Company)

To operate the dredge efficiently and effectively to maximize production while at all times maintaining a safe work environment.  Develop teamwork and foster team spirit within the production and delivery departments. 

CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT - Mankato, MN (MPM)

This position will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of a project or projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.  Including responsibility for sales and marketing of materials construction products.

SHOP/FIELD MECHANIC -St. Cloud, MN (MPM)

The Field/Shop Mechanic will be responsible for performing all needed inspections and repairs on Trucks, On-Highway End Dump Trucks, Tractors and Trailers, and Heavy Construction Equipment in a safe, effective manner.

The Field/Shop Mechanic will be responsible for performing all needed inspections and repairs on Trucks, On-Highway End Dump Trucks, Tractors and Trailers, and Heavy Construction Equipment in a safe, effective manner.

BILLING SPECIALIST - Rogers, MN (MPM) 

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of processing tickets and invoices, in multiple computer systems for multiple companies.  The Billing Specialist will also be responsible for providing support for Internal and External Customers. 

BILLING SPECIALIST - Mankato, MN (MPM) 

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of processing tickets and invoices, in multiple computer systems for multiple companies.  The Billing Specialist will also be responsible for providing support for Internal and External Customers. 

ASPHALT SCREED OPERATOR - Lakeland, MN (MPM)

This is a highly skilled position involving control of the depth and smoothness of the asphalt mat behind the Asphalt Paving machine. Observes distribution of paving material along screed and controls the direction of the screed to eliminate voids at curbs and joints

FINISH BLADE DOZER - Mankato, MN (MPM)

The Finish/GPS Dozer Operator responsibility is to be able to grade all materials within tolerance to specs. They will need to be able to direct Truck drivers and other crew members with daily tasks. Prior experience is required for this position. Also needs to have the ability to run other equipment such as Excavator, Skid loader, Compaction Equipment. 

LABORER - Mankato, MN (MPM)

The General Laborer position is responsible for performing various duties on construction and/or paving projects. The employee will generally work in utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands are required.  The career field for “Construction Laborer” includes, but may not be limited to, the following positions: Laborer, General Laborer, and Paving Laborer.

PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT - Rogers, MN (MPM)

This position will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of a project or projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.  Including responsibility for sales and marketing of materials construction products.

ESTMATOR/PROJECT MANAGER - Rogers, MN (MPM) 

The Estimator/Project Manager position is responsible for using a combination of past experiences and project specifications to accurately project the amount of materials, equipment, and man hours that must be utilized in order to complete a given project.  Based upon these calculations, they create a project budget that is then presented to Management.  All necessary details must meet not only legal, but also company policies and guidelines.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Rogers, MN (MPM)

It is the duty and responsibility of the Customer Service Representative to answer the phone promptly and pleasantly, take the customer’s order in a detailed, timely, and professional manner, and to record accurate delivery and product information on that order.  The CSR will also promote “value-added” products and upon finishing the order will completely repeat the order back to the customer. Customer Service Representatives will also, be good problem solvers, and most importantly, foster lasting business relations with the customers.

GRADING CREW LABORER - Lakeland, MN (MPM)

The Grading Crew Laborer position is responsible for performing various duties on construction and/or paving projects. The employee will generally work in utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands are required.  The career field for “Construction Laborer” includes, but may not be limited to, the following positions: Laborer, General Laborer, Flagging, and Paving Laborer.

UTILITY LABORER - Lakeland, MN (MPM) 

The Utility Laborer position is responsible for performing various duties on construction and/or paving projects. The employee will generally work in utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands are required.

ROLLER OPERATOR - Lakeland, MN (MPM) 

A Roller Operator will be responsible for operating machines to spread, smooth, level, compact Asphalt and gravel to job specifications. Drives heavy rolling machine to compact earth fills. subgrade, streets, and runways. Moves levers, depresses pedals, turns handwheels, and pushes throttle to control and guide machine.  Drives machine in successive overlapping passes over surface to be compacted. Determines direction speed and direction of machine, based on knowledge of compressibility of material under changing temperatures, so that ridges are not formed by excessive pressure. Operate tamping machines or manually roll surfaces to compact earth fills, foundation forms, and finished road materials, according to grade specifications. Operators will be asked to do other duties associated with paving crews as part of a team operations.

FINISH BLADE OPERATOR - Lakeland, MN (MPM)

The Finish Blade Operator is responsible for operating a variety of equipment for groundwork and construction purposes The Operator position requires the knowledgeable use and skills of the following equipment: Motor Grader, Smooth Drum Roller, Skid Steer, Bulldozer/Push Dozer, and Box blade Tractor. 

GRADING CREW OPERATOR - Lakeland, MN (MPM) 

A Grading Crew Operator will be responsible for safely operating machines to excavate, place, compact, and prepare a variety of earth and aggregate materials to a finish design according to specifications. Operator shall also be responsible of the safe operations for removal, preparation, and placement of concrete or asphalt surfaces.

TRUCK DRIVER - Mankato, MN (MPM)

The Truck Driver is responsible for operating trucks to transport dirt, aggregate, asphalt, and other materials and/or equipment to various job site locations.  Will also work in the yard area to stockpile and move materials as needed.  This is a skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of equipment/trucks. Work will be performed per the supervisor’s instruction, free from direct supervision except for more complicated jobs.

FIELD/SHOP MECHAINIC ASSISTANT - Mankato, MN (MPM) 

The Field/Shop Mechanic Assistant will be responsible for assisting in performing all needed inspections and repairs on Trucks, On-Highway End Dump Trucks, Tractors and Trailers, and Heavy Construction Equipment in a safe, effective manner. Position will lead to a Field/Shop Mechanic after 2 years of experience.

MINE ENGINEERING INTERN - Mankato, MN (MPM)

The Mine Engineering Intern position will work on gaining an overall understanding of the major divisions of CRH Americas Materials.  The selected candidate will be involved with and learn about various aspects of the company and will include all areas of aggregates.

QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN - New Ulm, MN (MPM)

Provide inspection, testing services and documentation of aggregates or asphalt mixture production. Provide compaction testing of asphalt mixtures and making any necessary adjustments to the compaction process to ensure compliance with all applications and projects. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, facility managers, DOT personnel, State, County, and Municipal personnel
